I work with workplaces, nonprofits, community organizations, and individuals that want to create healthier, more supportive ways of navigating stress, communication, emotional wellbeing, and burnout. My sessions are practical, relatable, and grounded in real life. Depending on the group, they may include reflective practices, journaling, nervous system regulation tools, breathwork, communication strategies, and simple somatic exercises that help people feel more present, connected, and emotionally supported. A lot of the people I work with are carrying more than anyone realizes. On the outside they look capable and functional, but internally they’re overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in survival mode.
